Went to the gym today. Ran a little today and cycled 6.8 miles. Also did some weights.
And I weighed myself, I gained weight!! Ugh I haven’t been eating a lot so I’m hoping it’s muscle mass. Anyway, I’m gonna go run tomorrow after school. 3 miles baby!

Hello guys!
It’s been a while. I’m proud to say I’ve been feeling a lot better these days, probably because I’ve been kept so busy from exams that I hardly ever had time for my thoughts. It’s a great thing though.
I’ve decided, and made up my mind that I will start eating healthily from today onwards. And tomorrow I will be hitting the gym! Most probably gonna sign up for a 5K run with my best friend, and it’s in November! I have more than half a year to train for it, and I am more than excited!!!
Simply cannot wait to get fit and healthy. Will update details soon!!
P.S. I’m so happy I’m finally trying to get thin the healthy way :)
